When you purchase from MY LILLE LIMÓN, you will be retained as a customer. The only information collected is never divulged to third parties. We do not record any sensitive personal information.
All prices are shown in dkk and euro. They include a 25% VAT charge. Only countries within the EU will be charged VAT at checkout. VAT will be removed at checkout for those residing in countries outside the EU.
Our selection of products and prices can change at any time and without notice. You are always assured of the price agreed to at the time of your order. These prices are subject to VAT and duty changes. we reserve the right to correct pricing in regards to pricing errors. you will be notified if an item is sold out.
Payment can be made with Visa, Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, JCB cards and Paypal. If paying with a credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have the option to refuse payment when you receive your payment history. The data you submit in connection with your purchase when paying by credit card is encrypted (SSL) and only PBS(secure paying system) can read this data. Neither MY LILLE LIMÓN or others have access to this data.
Payment is only withdrawn when the goods have been sent from our stock.
If you choose to pay with a bank transfer please note that the payment must be in our account within 3 working days from placing your order. Please send payment to the below account:

shipping and delivery
- Free shipping in Denmark for all orders over 650 (ekskl. moms) DKK
all other orders will ship for 49 DKK

Your order is normally delivered within 1-3 days in Denmark. Please allow between 3-14 days for the rest of the world!
Should your order be delayed, you will be notified by e-mail. your package will be sent directly to the address you have provided as the delivery address.
If you're not home to receive the package, you must pick it up at the post office.
If you do not pick up your parcel at the post office you will be charged for the shipping costs incurred by My lille limón when the parcel is sent back.
As a customer of MY LILLE LIMÓN you can always return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item. If returning, the items must be in perfect condition (the same condition as it was when shipped) accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Returns will only be accepted if original packaging is fully intact. My LILLE LIMÓN can not accept returns where labels have been removed or where packaging is damaged. please note that you are responsible for shipping fees and items lost in transportation will not be compensated. Please save your receipt from the post office.
the cardholder will be issued a refund for the purchase price only.

you are covered for any product defects bought from us for 24 months from date of receipt.
It is however a prerequisite that these defects are not caused by your incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior. You must notify us within a reasonable time after you have found the defect. As a consumer you have a 2 year warranty, which means you can either have the item repaired, replaced, refunded or a reduction in price may be issued, depending on the specific situation. All of which is conditional upon your claim being justified.
